Inseguridad: Ha Quedado una Silla Vacía
Buenos Aires (4 de Marzo de 2008) No es la famosa silla Vacía del Debate Ángeloz – Menem, sino la del nuevo jefe de la Comisaría 44º, el Sr. Comisario Marcelo Jorge Rabalo, en el Programa “La Bocina de Mi Barrio”, el día 29 de Febrero, ya que se había comprometido a Asistir a través de una llamada telefónica, realizada por mí el Miércoles 27 de Febrero a las 18.00 hs, en la misma llamada, lo invitaba a participar de nuestro Programa, para responder a las preguntas de los oyentes y nuestras, sobre la ola de Robos que azota a Villa Real. El Comisario Rabalo, aceptó la invitación, pero se la tenía que hacer en forma escrita y por Fax, además estaba sujeta a la aprobación de sus superiores, si eso ocurría, NO había NINGÚN inconveniente en asistir al Programa el Viernes 29 de Febrero a las 14.00 hs.
La invitación fue enviada como el Comisario Rabalo solicitó, llegó el día Viernes 29, y quise confirmar la Asistencia del Comisario al Programa, llamé a las 10.15 hs y me contestaron que “El Sr. Comisario está en Reunión, y NO lo va a poder atender, llame en una hora aproximadamente”, a las 11.15 hs volví a llamar, obteniendo por respuesta “El Sr. Comisario NO se encuentra en la Dependencia”, debo decir que ésta voz NO era la anterior, volví a llamar a las 12.00 hs atendiéndome el Cadete Alcalde, que me dijo “Vuelva a llamar a las 13.00 hs”, nuevamente a las 13.30 hs, me atendieron, y “me dijeren espero que lo paso con una persona”…. Esperé casi 5 minutos al teléfono, hasta que una voz Femenina muy agitada me dice ”Sr. Serres, soy la Inspector Espósito, TODAVÍA NO le han dado la Autorización para que concurra a la Radio, su superior el Comisario Inspector está en reunión en el Departamento Central de Policía, en cuanto vuelva a su oficina se comunicará con el Comisario y le contestará por SI o por NO, y él se comunicará con Ud.”. Le deje mi Nº de Tel Celular, insistiendo que me llamara antes de las 14.45 hs, para saber si asistía o no, pero……. NO hubo Comunicación alguna, NI siquiera para decirme que NO lo habían autorizado a participar de un Programa en una Radio Barrial.
El tema es, al dejar la silla Vacía en el Programa, significó NO haber respondido preguntas a los Oyentes y Vecinos. Preguntas, sobre si siente la misma sensación que tienen los Vecinos, que tanto Versalles, como Villa Real, son “Zonas Liberadas”, Responder preguntas como “¿Porqué NO hay Vigilancia Policial en Simbrón y Cortina (a mitad de Cuadra), siendo que el Supermercado que allí se encuentra, fue asaltado el Miércoles 13 y el Miércoles 27 de Febrero (a las 21.00 hs cada día)?”. En éste último asalto al Super, los Ladrones fueron los mismos que en el Anterior.
Si el Comisario hubiera asistido al Programa, hubiera podido responder Preguntas tales como: “¿Por qué encima que robaron, a una Puestera del Super, la Amenazaron constantemente con una Pistola en la Cabeza, y cuando fue a hacer la denuncia, la hicieron esperar cerca de 2 horas, además de tratarla como si la Delincuente fuera ella?”
Éstas y muchas otras, son Preguntas que quedaron sin respuesta, al menos por ahora, o hasta que el Sr. Comisario Marcelo Jorge Rabalo, quiera responderlas ¿O me equivico?
