Educación Media:
Para los Vecinos NO hay Vacantes, para los del Gran Buenos Aires SI, Entonces que NO nos Cobren Impuestos.
El Jefe de Gobierno Porteño, inauguró el Período Lectivo de las Escuelas Medias, y en su discurso, arengó a los Alumnos, diciendo “La buena Educación, es la que asegura la Independencia de la Persona”, luego exhortó a los estudiantes secundarios “a respetar y a cuidar la escuela” y les pidió que “se comprometan seriamente en su formación educativa para poder abrirse a los desafíos del futuro con independencia y con libertad”.
Sr. Macri ¿Ud sabe que La escolaridad secundaria es, por ley, obligatoria?
La Legislatura aprobó la ley que declara la obligatoriedad de la escuela media en la Ciudad. Con esta ley, Buenos Aires se convierte en la primera ciudad de América Latina en establecer 13 años de educación obligatoria, que incluyen preescolar, primaria y secundaria.
Pero NO dice ABSOLUTAMENTE NADA que los Vecinos de la Ciudad, más precisamente los Vecinos de los Barrios Periféricos, NO van a poder tener acceso a la Escuela, porque las vacantes de esas Escuelas, están destinadas a los Alumnos que provienen del Gran Buenos Aires.
Voy a ser más específico, en la Escuela Media Nº 2 D.E 17 “Republica de Rumania” ubicada en Manuel Porcel de Peralta 1437, NO me otorgaron la vacante, porque las mismas están reservadas a los Alumnos del Establecimiento y sus hermanos, hasta ahí NO estaría mal, pero ……….. siempre hay un pero, el 95% de ese Alumnado es del Gran Buenos Aires, y de ese 95%, el 90% es del complejo habitacional “Fuerte Apache” (José Ingenieros Partido de 3 de Febrero Prov. De Buenos Aires).
Pero hay una cosa peor, como la Ciudad ha implementado un sistema de Becas (para saber más ingrese a www.becasciudad.buenosaires.gob.ar), para aquellos alumnos que tienen dificultades económicas de acceder al estudio (Situación de Calle, etc, ), “Sabés que hacen, los alumnos se anotan, cobran la Beca, y en Agosto aproximadamente, de 30 alumnos que ocupaban el curso, quedan 10 y Vos u otro Vecino se quedan sin VACANTES” eso me lo confiesa un Auxiliar docente del mismo colegio.
En la Escuela de Comercio Nº 30 D.E 18 “Dr. E. Gascón” ubicada en San Blas 5387 de Villa Luro (Comuna 10) TAMPOCO hay Vacantes, mi hijo que es repitente de 2º año, es uno de los que NO consigue Vacantes, está anotado en el Comercial 30, pero está en una Lista de Espera.
Dese el 10 de Marzo que me trate de comunicar INFRUCTUOSAMENTE con el centro de Reubicación, recién lo logré ayer 19/ 03, en ese Colegio al cual llamé, me contestaron (Muy cordialmente) “El Martes 23/ 03 desde las 8.00 AM, se les entregará un Nº y luego un turno, para poder comenzar a realizar los trámites de inscripción, y lo que Ud., me comenta, aquí pasa lo mismo, lo que sucede, es que a la gente NO se la INFORMA” ésta es la Esc.”Casal Calviño” de Lacarra 621.
No quiero significar con esto, que los habitantes del Gran Buenos Aires NO tengan derecho a una Buena Educación, pero como vecino de un colegia a 5 cuadras de distancia, y otro a 16 cuadras, también tengo derecho a disponer de una Vacante para mi hijo.
Sr. Jefe de Gobierno Porteño Mauricio Macri, Ud., acortó las Vacaciones de los Vecinos de la Ciudad, para cumplir con los 180 días de Escolaridad para los Alumnos, mi hijo, como varios vecinos, lleva PERDIDO 8 días, por NO tener Vacante.
Por eso le digo, si la PRIORIDAD son los habitantes del Gran Buenos Aires, NO nos cobre los Impuestos (Porque con el Monotributo estoy al día, (como con los otros) porque de otra manera Ud., NO me paga la Publicidad (Ya me Adeuda 9 (NUEVE) meses). Tengo razón o me equivoco?
